“Are we at the early stages of producing a genuine counter-culture to the de facto bullying state the NHS seems to have found itself in? It was amazing to see an aura of genuine trust and openness between people who, on the face of it, had no reason to trust and be open, other than the very human and collaborative environment they found themselves in.”

Collaboration and cooperation are increasingly talked about in context of leadership within the NHS but only recently have we begun to see action behind the words. Leadership organisations across the NHS are coming together to explore and deliver a leadership approach that understands individual wellbeing is the most effective starting point to make change happen.
